  2. ^^1^^Welcome to the Write Cut and Paste functionalities training sessio 
  3. ^^2^^This training demonstrates:

  5. How to cut and paste blocks of text from inside a Write document
  6.  
  7. How to paste informations from another application to the Write documen 
  8. ^^3^^Lets write a letter:
  9.  
  10. ^^4^^Now I may like to move a block of text from a position to another one.
  11.  
  12. ^^5^^How I did that:
  13.  
  14. ^^6^^I selected a blok of text and then:
  15.  
  16. ^^7^^I pressed SHIFT - CANC to Cut the highlighted text.
  17.  
  18. ^^8^^I then press SHIFT-INS to paste the cutted text.
  19.  
  20. ^^9^^CLIPBRD.exe 
  21. ^^10^^As I may see the text that I cut is pasted in the clipboard and can be pasted in any other application. 
  22. ^^11^^I may also paste text or immages from other applications:

  24. Lets: 
  25. Open PaintBrush 
  26. design a cross
  27. cut it
  28. paste it in writ 
  29. ^^12^^PBRUSH.exe
  30. ^^13^^PBRUSH.exe                                                 
  31. ^^14^^I design a cross in paintbrush
  32.                                                              
  33. ^^15^^Now I cut the cross and I close PaintBrush
  34. ^^16^^Now I paste the cross in write
  35. ^^17^^As you may see Write now contains the cross 
  36. ^^18^^I pasted the cross with SHIFT-INS.
